"Inspired by the many versions of poke nachos from local restaurants here on Oahu. I thought why not give this popular dish my own little twist, since I've never seen it made with poi. Turned out to be a tasty experiment!" -Lisa D., Foodland Ambassador (Instagram: @thefashionfoodienista)
